Distribution of One (1) Treasury Share for Every One Hundred (100) Existing Ordinary Shares of RM0.50 Each Held ("Share Dividend") in GHL Systems Berhad ("GHL" or "Company")

Further to the Company's announcement dated 22 April 2008 on the book closure date for the first and final Share Dividend of 1% for the financial year ended 31 December 2007, the Board of Directors of GHL is pleased to announce that the Share Dividend has been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders on 14 July 2008 on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every one hundred (100) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held in GHL.

A total of 1,372,789 treasury shares were distributed to the entitled shareholders in relation to the distribution of Share Dividend.
